Some Frequently Asked Questions
Both models come fully assembled. All you need to do is decide if you want to connect the joystick controller to the right or left armrest. The process to install it takes around 3 minutes. Then you just unfold the unit, place the seat covers in position, and you’re ready to go.
Yes. Both come with FREE-wheel and can be pushed when needed.
We accept the following forms of payment.

You will have to contact your insurance carrier to find out if they will reimburse you for the purchase of a mobility transportation aid. We have been told that some people have been fully or partially reimbursed for their purchase.
We most certainly do.
We ship it by courier. Once shipped from our London Ontario location it can take up to 5 business days depending on the destination province.
Yes. We ship internationally using Federal Express Economy Air Service. We have special rates. An example would be shipping to certain parts of Europe for as little as $400.00.
When we ship, we provide a tracking number via email. If you do not have an email address, we will call you to provide the tracker number by phone.
