Details About Our Warranty
If your wheelchair has stopped functioning properly please notify us. We will help you troubleshoot the problem and ship you the warranty parts.
Any parts under warranty will be replaced and shipped to your door by Canada Post or courier.
Any service and labor fees to replace parts under warranty must be paid by the user.
Due to its modular design, most parts can be easily exchanged by the EasyFold user, a family member, or friend.
Due to its innovative design, most warranty parts can be easily replaced by the customer, a family member, relative or friend using the tool kit that comes with your chair.
The warranty only covers NON-DELIBERATE Damage. Any damaged caused by improper usage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Please notify us immediately if you are experiencing difficulty with your EasyFold Portable Power Wheelchair, or if the wheelchair has stopped functioning completely. We will provide technical assistance to help you troubleshoot the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue through technical support, we will ship you any required replacement parts still under warranty. We will notify you if a part needed to fix the issue is no longer covered under warranty.
The customer is responsible for any fees or charges (both labour and/or service) occuring from having replacement parts swapped out on the EasyFold Portable Power Wheelchair. Each EasyFold wheelchair comes with a tool kit. Most replacement parts can easily be swapped out using the tool kit by the EasyFold customer, or their friend or family members.
Replacement parts will be shipped out through Canada Post or Courier.
