Common Questions We’ve Received From Customers

Looking for answers, we’ve compiled some of the most common questions below.

What are the red motor levers, next to the rear wheels?

The red levers positioned on each motor are the electromagnetic locks, near the rear wheels.

When they are engaged (pushed up), you will not be able to push the powerchair manually, since the rear wheels are closed.

Also, it is only when they are engaged will you be able to drive the chair in powered Mode. This feature is a safety measure to prevent you from sliding down if you lose power in a slopy surface

If they are disengaged, and the power is turned off, you will be able to push the device manually.

Can I swivel the Foot Rest for easy access into an out of the seating area, from the front?

Yes! The Foot Rest can be swiveled up and is totally out of the way, so you can quickly get in and out of the powerchair.
